We are looking for someone who can welcome and guide every customer in their choice, understanding their needs, taste and style. This is more than simply making sales: it is a genuine advisory experience, built on attentiveness, sensitivity and product knowledge.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- welcoming and assisting customers;
- advising customers on the choice of clothing, footwear and accessories;
- maintaining the presentation and image of the department;
- organising and restocking products;
- supporting the day-to-day activities of the store.
The Profile We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic, reliable and customer-focused person with a natural talent for building relationships and a strong interest in fashion. Previous experience in retail, product knowledge and the ability to work as part of a team will be considered valuable assets. Courtesy, accuracy and a well-groomed appearance are essential.
Gruppo Bravi, a well-established company with over 50 years of experience in clothing and footwear, is looking for an administrative professional to join its team. We are seeking a precise, organised and reliable person who can carefully manage the company’s day-to-day administrative and accounting activities.
The Role
The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for:
- managing day-to-day accounting;
- recording and checking administrative documents;
- managing delivery notes, invoices and transport documents;
- managing stamp duties, deadlines and administrative requirements;
- entering, processing and checking data using Excel;
- checking and archiving accounting documentation;
- supporting the preparation of data required for the financial statements;
- working with the accounting consultant and other company departments;
- managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
The Profile We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently when managing assigned tasks.
The role requires good knowledge of Excel and standard computer tools, as well as a basic understanding of accounting and administrative documentation. Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage. Discretion, reliability, the ability to meet deadlines and a collaborative attitude complete the profile.
